To book you must …
- Have public liability insurance of at least £5 million
- Have agreed to our Terms and Conditions
- Provide your Public Liability Insurance Number within 7 days of booking your stand
- Have your payment details ready to pay when booking (note if paying by card select 'checkout as guest').
- Complete and return a risk assessment at least 1 month before the event and bring a copy with you when setting up your stand

Below you will see details of the stands available. These start from just £205+VAT for Ipswich & Suffolk Small Business Association (ISSBA) members. Annual ISSBA membership costs depends on the number of people in your organisation and starts at just £44+VAT for those with 1-3 staff. To Book …

Select your stand, and provide the required information! It's as simple as that!
Stands are located in the Event Centre and are colour coded - green for space only stands, yellow for stands with booths, pink for premium stands and blue for sponsor stands.
Once booked:-
- Keep your login details safe - you'll need these to access your booking (this is the email address and password you used to register).
- If not provided at sign up, ensure you add your Public Liability Insurance Number (within 7 days of booking your stand) and send your Risk Assessment to contact@angliabusinessexhibition.com by 30th March latest.
- Agree stand member/s and input their details on your booking
- If you made the booking, but don’t want to manage it, why not add an assistant? They will then receive all the same info you do, and can access the booking in your absence.
- Fancy breakfast? Add diners to your online booking for the Breakfast, start the day with an interesting speaker and a Full English - or consider upgrading to a sponsorship package, many of which include free tickets! (Breakfast places must be booked by 28th April 2024)
