We mark out a space on the floor according to the size you have booked. No back boards are provided. Some are against a marquee wall/window, others will back onto another stand space, so ideally need you to bring along pop-up banners or similar to help define your stand.

All stands are supplied with the offer of a table, tablecloth (£10 returnable deposit), free standard wifi access (for email access).  For spaces a 3-amp supply can be booked at an additional cost of £25 per socket by logging into your online booking - must be reserved 1 month before the event.   Electrical items used at the event must show an up-to-date PA-tested sticker.

You may book more than one stand.

Back boards in 1m widths x 2m high, joined at the back and sides. If on the end of a row, the side is usually removed and a corner pole used instead. At the front they have a fascia board which stretches across the stand with a printed name board showing the exhibitors name and stand number.

Stand consists of backing boards (which accept items using male velcro), two 3 amp electric points (if you know you will need more than this, please reserve extra in your online booking form - cost £25 per additional socket, must be done by 10th April) and standard wifi (for checking emails).

A three line advert in brochure with 200 character description as completed on booking form.

Electrical items must show an up-to-date PA-tested certificate/sticker, a receipt is also valid, if the item is under 12 months old.

You may book more than one stand. If these are shells and are located together, we can arrange for the dividing side panel(s) to be removed provided you let us know one month before the event.

In your booking you can choose an unloading slot - this enables you to book 30 minutes in which you can park close to the Event Centre to unload and then move your car to allow the next person to do the same whilst you prepare your stand, as early as the day before the exhibition. We are allowing Exhibitors, Sponsors and Partners on site from 12noon until 5pm on Tuesday 9th May. Alternatively if travelling some distance to exhibit, you can set up on Wednesday morning, prior to the show from 7.30am-9am, but limited staff will be available to help at this time. Tables will be available, but bear in mind that you may have less choice if setting up on the morning of the show.

You must book your unloading slot, if you would like to visit the site on Tuesday by logging into your booking on the website.

Please note: there will be a health and safety inspection of the site, this person will have access to your Risk Assessments and will be checking stands and ensuring set up is complete by 9am. This is for health and safety reasons, and to preserve the flow of traffic on site. You may be denied access to the site if you do not have a booked timeframe or are trying to set up after 9am on the day of the event.

Yes, ABE is a trade show for people looking to widen their customer base, source information on and/or purchase and sell products and services to assist their businesses. It has been run by ISSBA, a not for profit organisation, for 27 years with support from strategic partners in addition to sponsors from the business community. It was formerly known as the Suffolk Business Exhibition and prior to that the ISSBA Trade Fair.

The support of our partner and sponsor organisations helps to keep the price of exhibiting within the means of small businesses, and the cost of attending has traditionally been free.
