Once you have confirmed your sponsorship you will receive a number of emals, one of which will itemise the process leading up to the exhibition. That email will include a link to download the ABE logo related to your sponsorship package.

We mark out a space on the floor according to the size you have booked. No back boards are provided. Some are against a marquee wall/window, others will back onto another stand space, so ideally need you to bring along pop-up banners or similar to help define your stand.

All stands are supplied with the offer of a table, tablecloth (£10 returnable deposit), free standard wifi access (for email access).  For spaces a 3-amp supply can be booked at an additional cost of £25 per socket by logging into your online booking - must be reserved 1 month before the event.   Electrical items used at the event must show an up-to-date PA-tested sticker.

You may book more than one stand.

Back boards in 1m widths x 2m high, joined at the back and sides. If on the end of a row, the side is usually removed and a corner pole used instead. At the front they have a fascia board which stretches across the stand with a printed name board showing the exhibitors name and stand number.

Stand consists of backing boards (which accept items using male velcro), two 3 amp electric points (if you know you will need more than this, please reserve extra in your online booking form - cost £25 per additional socket, must be done by 10th April) and standard wifi (for checking emails).

A three line advert in brochure with 200 character description as completed on booking form.

Electrical items must show an up-to-date PA-tested certificate/sticker, a receipt is also valid, if the item is under 12 months old.

From 14.5.18 pm, we team will be setting up the event, in case of emergency you can text 077405 63198 and we will call you back as soon as we are able.  Emails may go unanswered whilst we are setting up the event.

In your booking you can choose an unloading slot - this enables you to book 30 minutes in which you can prepare your stand as early as the day before the exhibition. We are allowing Exhibitors, Sponsors and Partners on site from 12noon until 5pm on Tuesday 15th May. Alternatively if travelling some distance to exhibit, you can set up on Wednesday morning, prior to the show from 7.30am-9am, but limited staff will be available to help at this time.

You must book your unloading slot, if you would like to visit the site on Tuesday.

Please note: we will have a Health & Safety Inspector on site who will have read Risk Assessments and will be checking stands and ensuring set up is complete by 9am. This is for health and safety reasons, and to preserve the flow of traffic on site. You may be denied access to the site if you do not have a booked timeframe or are trying to set up after 9am on the day of the event.

  1. Attend the free briefing event for Exhibitors at Ipswich Hotel on the 22nd March 2017 11am-1pm for hints and tips on exhibiting, and to meet the Chairman, talk to other exhibitors, and hear about PR opportunities and the event brochure. You can book a place by logging into your booking on our website.
  2. Invite people to come and visit your stand on the day, as well as making the most of social media, emailed invitations and your own website, newsletters and targeted communications to promote the event to your potential clients
  3. Keep an eye on the Anglia Business Exhibition website for details of the new attractions at the show as well as an up-to-date exhibitor list and dedicated floor plan, enabling you to pinpoint who you want to talk to and where they are located. Free copies of the event brochure containing this information and more will also be available at the event and for download from the website nearer the event.

Footfall in recent years has averaged 1500+ people.  We aim to increase those figures year on year and have a full pr and marketing programme in the lead up to the event.  You can help by using email footers and invitations to let people know you are coming along too.

Yes, ABE is a trade show for people looking to widen their customer base, source information on and/or purchase and sell products and services to assist their businesses. It has been run by ISSBA, a not for profit organisation, for 20 years with support from strategic partners including Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and Suffolk County Council as well as sponsors from the business community.  It was formerly known as Suffolk Business Exhibition and prior to that the ISSBA Trade Fair, and has changed its name to reflect the wider geographical appeal.

The support of our partner and sponsor organisations helps to keep the price of exhibiting below that of other shows, and the cost of attending has traditionally been free.

Free car parking is available at Ipswich Hotel itself for visitors and opposite the venue for duration of the event for both exhibitors and visitors.  Accessible parking spaces will be available on site.
